1. Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and opting into notifications, you agree to receive text messages from Curbee Co. regarding your mobile service appointments, vehicle inspections, and any updates related to your account. These messages may include reminders about upcoming appointments, notifications of account changes, and other relevant information. When you book your appointment we have a notification that you are opt-ing into message as it is impossible for us to service your mobile appointment without communication.

2. No Unsolicited Messages

We respect your privacy. Your phone number will not be used for any promotional or marketing purposes, nor will it be sold or shared with third-party marketers. You will only receive communications directly related to your service and account with us.

3. Verbal Confirmation for Phone-Based Transactions
When you create an appointment or an account over the phone, our representatives will ask for your verbal confirmation to use your email and phone number for sending appointment details and account updates. This confirmation ensures that we have your express consent to communicate with you via these channels. This is a screenshot of the console being used by the representative. 4. Frequency of Messages
The number of messages you receive may vary depending on the number of appointments or account updates applicable to your profile.

5. Charges and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Curbee Co texts, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans).Curbee Co supports all major carriers and the service may be available on other carriers.

6. How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from Curbee Co, you can text STOP anytime. After texting STOP, you will receive another message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

7. Help Information
If you need help with the messaging service contact customer support at support@curbee.com.

8. Your Responsibilities
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device you use to receive the service, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges. You must promptly inform Curbee Co of any changes to the mobile number or loss of your phone by updating your account information to help prevent communication with someone who acquires your old number.

9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Curbee Co reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the messaging service constitutes your agreement to such amendments.
